Since joining the leadership team in 2019, Sebastian spearheaded the digital direction of the business, launching an online learning center around our proprietary PROACT® RCA methodology, and building the game-changing EasyRCA.com software. He is passionate about delivering high-quality RCA solutions to clients and empowering them to achieve their goals.
